Easter comes alive at Mon Paris Pâtisserie thanks to a new collection of egg-citing seasonal confections guaranteed to delight from Chef/Owner Elena Krasnova coming soon to the popular Burnaby patisserie located at 4396 Beresford Street.
Available for online pre-orders at monparis.ca and in-store pickup beginning Tuesday, April 1, Mon Paris’ Easter-centric lineup includes an half Easter Egg with assorted chocolates adorned with an edible dark chocolate flower ($25); small Easter Eggs filled with assorted chocolates ($28); and stunning large Easter Egg wedge showpieces in a variety of colours adorned with caramelized nuts and fruits in dark or milk chocolate varieties ($35).
The Mon Paris signature Easter confections will be available for online pre-orders and pickups and in-store purchases until April 21 or while supplies last. As this year’s collection is being handcrafted in limited supply, guests are encouraged to order or shop early to avoid disappointment.
Krasnova, whose artistic creations have been showcased in North American and European publications, will open a second location in the heart of Olympic Village at 1731 Manitoba Street this spring that will showcase her modern and award-winning takes on cakes, chocolates, pastries and confections as well as Parisian baguette sandwiches and lunch-focused fare.
Located in the former site of Yandoux Pâtisserie, Mon Paris’ second location will occupy 1,150 square feet of space and offer seating for 20 in a cozy and bright space that hearkens back to the celebrated cafés of Paris that first enchanted Krasnova while attending the prestigious Ferrandi Ecole de Gastronomie.
Mon Paris is located at 4396 Beresford Street in Burnaby and is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information about Mon Paris Pâtisserie, visit monparis.ca.
