From 5-10 p.m. on Friday, February 14, Glowbal’s flagship restaurant is featuring a three-course menu for two to share for $89 per person plus tax and gratuity that offers a Starter of a Chilled Seafood Platter (fresh oysters, jumbo prawns, scallop crudo, Albacore tuna tataki, King salmon poke), Main course of 14oz Prime Grilled NY Steak (lobster & crab Hollandaise, truffle pomme purée, grilled vegetables, merlot jus) and Dessert of Valentine’s Opera Cake (vanilla genoise, dark chocolate crumble, raspberry crème, lychee gel, raspberry lychee macaron).
Glowbal will also showcase a one-night-only à-la-carte menu showcasing appetizers such as Fried Humboldt Calamari, SRF Wagyu Steak Tartare, Fresh Burrata Cheese, Albacore Tuna and more, and Entrées including Haida Gwaii Sablefish, Lobster Tagliatelle, Blackened Salmon, Chickpea Panisse and others. Guests can enhance their Valentine’s Day dining experience by adding Seared Foie Gras for $24 or Freshly Shaved Black Truffle or Herb-Garlic Sautéed Prawns for $16.

From February 13 through 15, Five Sails will showcase a five-course Valentine’s feast for $170 per person plus tax and gratuity that features an amuse-bouche of Foie Gras Parfait (beetroot, port gelée, strawberry, phyllo tart), Side Stripe Shrimp Tartare (citrus arbequina vinaigrette, avocado crème, kohlrabi), Lobster Bisque(seared Pacific scallop & crab salad, egg yolk gel), Winter Truffle Parisian Gnocchi (tête de moine cheese, caramelized shallot sauce, mushroom tuille), Canadian Filet Mignon Rossini (seared foie gras, brioche, Madeira jus, black truffle) and a sweet finishing choice of ’Love Letter’ (roasted rhubarb & strawberry sorbet, mascarpone cream, almond, vanilla sponge) or an interactive ‘Valentine For Valentine’s’ dessert (milk chocolate mousse, raspberry gel, chocolate chiffon cake).

Black+Blue is painting the town red with à-la-carte menu options and a Valentine’s Day dinner for two for $110 per person plus tax and gratuity that features an amuse-bouche of Salmon Gravlax (horseradish, cucumber, dill), choice of appetizers (Burrata Salad, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio or Scallops), an entrée platter of Oscar Beef Tenderloin (crab Hollandaise, carrot purée, broccolini, red wine jus) and Dover Sole (pomme purée, beurre noisette, lemon, capers, parsley) to share and a choice of either Black Forest Cake or Mille-Feuille for dessert, with enhancements including a 6oz Wagyu Striploin for $55 or Half Lobster for $25 also available.
