Vancouver Foodster presents the 1st Vancouver Fried Chicken Sandwich Challenge, which features a signature dish created by restaurants and food trucks from around Metro Vancouver on their menu from February 4-28, 2021.
This particular challenge arose as a way for participating restaurants to sell their fried chicken sandwiches for takeout, delivery as well as dine-in during the pandemic. It’s an easy item for takeout and delivery and people can enjoy the creations whether sitting in an outside park setting, in the car or pretty much anywhere.

- Veg Out Burger – Crispy Chick’n Burger

For the public challenge, you are invited to go out and order any or all of the fried chicken sandwich creations in this challenge, then you decide who you think has the best fried chicken sandwich creation for the People’s Choice award winners.
They will announce the People’s choice results along with the winning restaurants and their fried chicken sandwich creations on March 1, 2021.
