Wu Fung Dessert: Specializes in Chicken Wings

Wu Fung Dessert

Wu Fung Dessert doesn’t specialize in dessert, by they are quite famous for their Fried Chicken Wings. I’ve had them about 7 years ago and remembered they were quite tasty. I have a secret addiction to fried chicken, so I couldn’t leave the Adberdeen Food Court without grabbing a few wings for my friends to try out too.

There was a line up for them and the wait was quite long. It’s freshly made to order, so that why it takes a bit of time.

The chicken wings are lightly floured and deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. The inside was super hot and juicy. You should eat these right away (without burning yourself) as you don’t want the crust to get soggy.

I have to admit, the chicken wings were ok, but not the best I’ve had. I still prefer Church’s Chicken or the wings from Phnom Penh.

The original order of this shop opened up on Alexandra Road, same name! I like their original wings best 🙂
