Temper Chocolate & Pastry will be making hearts melt this February with the launch of its all-new Valentine’s Day collection featuring a delectable lineup of seasonal chocolate showpieces and romantic desserts.
Lucious and smooth Strawberry Cheesecake, heart-shaped Linzer Cookies and charming Chocolate Lollipops are just some of the swoon-worthy signature sweets that have been created by Temper owner Steven Hodge and his talented pastry team for this year’s feature menu. The limited-edition Valentine’s Day collection also includes small and large Heart Showpieces filled with decadent specialty chocolate hearts in premium flavours like Yuzu, 70% dark chocolate, and strawberry and champagne. And whether you’re spoiling a special someone or simply treating yourself, Temper’s assorted Chocolate Boxes (available in six-, nine-, 16- or 28-piece sizes) are a delicious idea for Valentine’s Day gifting.
Temper’s 2021 Valentine’s Day collection will be available starting February 1 and includes the following signature items:
- Specialty Chocolate Hearts available in three decadent flavours: strawberry and champagne, Yuzu, 70% dark chocolate.
- Heart Showpiece (large and small): heart-shaped chocolate showpiece filled with specialty chocolate hearts.
- Signature Chocolate Box (6, 9, 16 or 28 piece): assorted gift box containing individual artisanal chocolates and specialty chocolate hearts.
- Heart Frictures in solid dark and milk chocolate.
- Lollipops in dark, milk and white chocolate.
- Heart-Shaped Peppermint Patty
- Heart-Shaped Linzer Cookie: classic sugar-dusted almond cookie filled with homemade jam.
- Strawberry Cheesecake (available by the slice or full-size/6-8 servings): Temper’s velvety smooth cheesecake infused with fresh strawberries.
Temper will also mark the season of love by bringing back its popular pink-hued Beetroot Latte this February. Exclusively available at the West Vancouver café, the creamy, nutrient-rich specialty drink is made with a mixture of almond milk, honey and organic beetroot powder with hints of warming spices like cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Packages of BLUME Beetroot Blend powder will also be available for purchase for those who want to recreate the naturally sweetened beverage at home.
