Vancouver’s award-winning Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICAchef) will be playing cupid this month with the launch of a limited-edition Bubbles and Brunch in Bed meal kit available for pick-up on Saturday, February 13 just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The talented culinary team at PICAchef’s on-site Blue Hat Bakery-Café have designed a romantic do-it-yourself brunch kit to help couples kick off a cozy Valentine’s Day morning at home. Designed for sharing, the gourmet packages include an amorous array of pre-made sweet and savoury breakfast dishes that are ready to bake, assemble and serve on Valentine’s morning.

Thoughtful partners can surprise their sweetheart with a delicious daytime brunch spread that includes European-inspired baked eggs with tomato, parmesan, prosciutto and herbs; artisanal pastries; fresh yogurt parfaits; fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce; rich handmade chocolates and premium fresh orange juice. For that extra sparkle, a celebratory miniature bottle of Italian La Marca Prosecco or premium Moët & Chandon Champagne is included.
