NaanWraps Food Truck: Is It a Tree? Is It Green Lantern?…Nope, it’s Indian Food

I was randomly looking for a new Food Cart to eat at during my lunch break. I stumbled upon NaanWraps on Burrard. They operate on limited days, so you can’t always find them downtown.

Just look out for the large green truck and you know you have arrived here.

As the name of their truck suggests, they specialize in Tandoori Naanwraps. Their menu is quite limited and they tend to sell out of a few items.

Mango Lassi ($3.49) has yogurt, mango, and 2% milk. It’s a good refreshing drink for a hot afternoon. I love mangoes! They make them ahead of time, so you don’t need to wait for your drink.

Tanoori NaanWrap ($6.48) has tandoori chicken, bell peppers, onions, rice and mint sauce wrapped in Naan.

The wrap was larger than I expected and was definitely worth the money!  The chicken was moist and the mint sauce was subtle and not too overpowering. All the ingredients worked well with each other and I had no complaints. I was super stuffed and walked back to the office happy.

Overall, good value for what you get!
