Going grocery shopping is getting more difficult as it’s hard to really identify products that are packed with nutrients rather than empty calories. With various brands and ingredients for products, looking at the nutrition labels are key, but it can be confusing. Loblaws has launched the Guiding Stars program in their stores like the Real Canadian Superstore, to help you pick healthier options.
Contest open to Canadian residents. Contest ends Tuesday February 14, 2017 11:59pm PST.

Guiding Stars is an impartial food rating system that rates food based on nutrient density using an algorithm. Decoding nutrition labels can be confusing. With the start of a new year, eating healthier is on the top of everyone’s mind. But sometimes healthy food choices might not always be obvious, or easy.
