The Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia (comprised of BC’s top chefs) and the BC Salmon Marketing Council are hosting the 2nd annual celebration of an iconic seasonal BC product: wild salmon. This year’s Wild Salmon Celebration features well-known BC chefs who have gathered to create delicious dishes using sustainable BC wild salmon.

  • Darren Clay, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts
  • Gus Stieffenhofer, Hawksworth Restaurant
  • TJ Conwi and Bruce Nollert, ONO Restaurant
  • Mariana Gabilondo, La Mezcaleria
  • Lucais Syme, Cinara

The Wild Salmon Celebration is a grazing event featuring tasting-size dishes, paired with BC wines, which showcase each chef’s love of the ocean and unique culinary style. This elegant evening on the water will be accompanied by live music from local musicians. Menu available online
