Chef Caitlin Mark has created special three-course lunch and dinner menus with plated or family-style options to satiate every appetite. The slow-roasted Rossdown Farms free-range turkey (or ancient grain risotto for the non-carnivorous) with all traditional accompaniments highlight the menus, while mouth-watering starters and desserts complete the meal. $36 per person at lunch; $85 per person at dinner. A family-style group dinner is available for parties of 10 or more at $45 per person.
