On Sunday, Nov. 25, Bocuse d’Or Team Canada will be hosting a luxurious fundraising brunch at The Vancouver Club alongside many of the city’s most respected chefs.
On Sunday, Nov. 25, Bocuse d’Or Team Canada will be hosting a luxurious fundraising brunch at The Vancouver Club alongside many of the city’s most respected chefs. Lead by front-runner Chef Trevor Ritchie, the brigade includes 16 of Vancouver’s top chefs including host Chef Ned Bell, Chef David Hawksworth (Hawksworth’s), Chef Alex Chen (Boulevard Kitchen) and Chef Melissa Craig (Bearfoot Bistro) to only name a few.
The once-in-a-lifetime dining experience will also include several food stations featuring delicious Canadian delicacies such as foie gras, caviar, salmon and chocolate.
The Bocuse d’Or Vancouver brunch is on November 25, 2018 from 11am to 2pm.
