The Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival is back for it’s 5th year and Forty Ninth Parallel Cafe & Lucky’s Doughnuts is participating. They are currently serving 3 types of hot chocolates

Right now they are participating in the Hot Chocolate Festival until February 14th.

They are currently serving the Salty Malty, which is a Malted Madagascar drinking chocolate.

Salty Malty really reminded me of a liquified malteser. It’s quite a rich drink.

It is also served with a salted chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was delicious! I wish I had more.

A nice place to hang out over some sweets. What I love the most about this place is how they are giving opportunities to those in need and teaching them new skills. Plus, they have yummy drinks and treats.
