We’ve all been tired after work and have little energy to cook when we get home. I just want to stick something in the oven and let it do it’s thing. My go-to lazy meal is Costco’s Meat Lasagna from their deli section. It can vary from $15 – $18 depending on the weight. This bad boy was about 5 pounds.

It’s pretty big, so it is also great for parties where you need to feed a lot of people. A great item to bring to potlucks too.

Since it’s not frozen, it takes under an hour to cook in the oven.

All you need to do is take off the plastic lid and follow the instructions on the sticker.

Once it’s all done, serve and enjoy. It tastes pretty good and it’s even better for leftovers for the next day.
