I was in the freeze aisle of my local grocery store and stumbled upon Bacon Mac & Cheese Pizza Pops. It’s available for a limited time only and was voted by fans on Twitter, so they created this.
It comes 4 per box and you can either microwave or heat it up in the oven. I usually microwave it since I need a quick snack, but since I had a bit of time on my hands, I decided to put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
I cut in in half just to get a good cross-section of it and it looked good. You can clearly see the bacon bits and the mac and cheese. The outside of the pizza pop was nice and firm to contrast with the gooey centre.
We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it tasted. We liked it so much that we ended up buying another box for the future.
