Five Sails Restaurant invites friends and family to come together for an elevated West Coast dining experience this summer as the landmark restaurant re-launches its weekend High Tea service just in time for Father’s Day on Sunday, June 20.

Nestled along the scenic waterfront at Vancouver’s Canada Place in Pan Pacific Hotel, Five Sails is the perfect spot to spoil Dad with a one-of-a-kind feast fit for a King. Guests will be wowed by the newly renovated dining room, which boats a bright and contemporary design surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal sweeping views of Stanley Park, Coal Harbour and the North Shore Mountains.

Available for dine-in service, Five Sails’ signature High Tea features an enchanting collection of savoury sandwiches and finger foods, delicate desserts, and classic teatime accoutrements all served atop a showstopping three-tiered tower. Designed to be shared among parties of two, the European menu showcases an array of original bite-sized delicacies created by the restaurant’s award-winning culinary team led by Executive Chef Pascal Georges and Pastry Chef Daria Andriienko.

Guests may also choose to supplement their High Tea with premium Caviar selections from Giaveri Caviar, a small family-run aquaculture farm based in Treviso, Italy. Elegant add-ons include Sevruga Sturgeon Caviar, Osetra Sturgeon Caviar and Beluga Sturgeon Caviar.

Five Sails’ exquisite High Tea service returns on Father’s Day – Sunday, June 20 – and will be available every Saturday and Sunday thereafter from 12 to 3 p.m.
