A&W Sipscription is a new monthly coffee subscription on the A&W mobile app that lets you sip on unlimited A&W coffee. They are currently testing the program and inviting customers to try it for free. There is no catch at all except you can’t use it for tea or decaf. There is a limit of one free coffee per transaction, but you can make unlimited transactions each day.

What happens after the trial?
After your A&W Sipscription free trial ends on March 31, you’ll receive an email inviting you to complete a short survey with your feedback about the program. Based on your responses, the A&W Sipscription could become a permanent A&W program later in the year.
You will NOT be locked in and is only active for the time of trial.

I have had nothing but problems with the A&W app. I signed up for the sipscription promotion. The first 2 days, I could not use it. Finally on March 3 or 4th, the Sipscription logo appeared on my app. The offer did work for about one week, although I must mention that I saved the coffee order as my favorite, I could not use the “Quick Reorder” option as I kept getting the “Items are not available at this time” message. Ok fine, I didn’t mind having to always enter the coffee information. This morning, my saved favorite restaurant location was not showing up. My location was showing, but the app kept displaying locations from 20 km to 80 km (including restaurant location in the neighboring province) while my saved restaurant less than 2 km from my home would not show up as an option. I made sure that my shared location was on, but still not able to order from my saved restaurant. After 20 minutes of trying, I gave up as it was very frustrating. Has something similar happened to someone else?
